Enterprise Operations

Building the Digital Enterprise Ecosystem

GOSPELTRADER INC. (internal) · Phased build

A single architecture carrying the public corporate site, a role-secured staff operations portal and an automated enquiry and partnership intake pipeline.

Unified

Intake channels

Enquiries and proposals land in one tracked pipeline

Role-based

Access model

Database-enforced separation of admin and staff

Invite-only

Onboarding

No self-service route into internal systems

The challenge

  • Enquiries arrived across scattered channels with no single record or owner.
  • Partnership approaches needed a corporate intake path, not an inbox.
  • Staff access had to be role-separated from day one rather than retrofitted.

How we approached it

One architecture, three surfaces

Public marketing, internal operations and partner intake share one codebase and one data layer, so a submission becomes a tracked record instantly.

Role separation enforced in the database

Roles live in a dedicated table checked by a security-definer function; row-level policies restrict every table rather than relying on interface hiding.

Invitation-only onboarding

Staff accounts are created from an administrator invitation with a role assigned at issue — there is no open sign-up path into the portal.

Measured from launch

Conversion events on primary calls to action, quick-connect clicks and form submissions feed both the internal dashboard and GA4.

What changed

  • Every enquiry has a record, a status and an owner.
  • Partnership proposals follow a corporate review path with documented stages.
  • Engagement and conversion data is available to leadership without an external report.
