Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and safeguard information submitted through our corporate platforms.
Last updated February 2026
Information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our enquiry and partnership forms, including your name, organisation, contact details, project scope, budget indications and any supporting documentation you link to.
For staff and authorised personnel, we additionally process account credentials, role assignments and internal activity records required to operate the internal portal.
How we use information
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate, scope and deliver engagements, to respond to partnership proposals, and to maintain internal records of client and counterparty relationships.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use client data for advertising purposes.
Storage and security
Records are stored in access-controlled managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Access is limited to authenticated staff whose role requires it, and administrative operations are restricted to designated administrators.
Transmission between your browser and our systems is encrypted in transit.
Retention
Enquiry and partnership records are retained for as long as the relationship remains commercially relevant, and thereafter for the period required to satisfy legal, accounting and audit obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by writing to info@gospeltraderhq.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
